I’ve been working 1:1 with women as a nail tech for 10 years. Through this work, I have uncovered a deep passion for helping women and aiding them along their journey’s. I believe we all have perceptions of how we view our past experiences that shape how we show up and operate today. Being able to make sense of our own individual journey’s is an important step in showing up as the best version of yourself. I love to help reframe stuck mindsets in the midst of difficulties - discovering the way you’re going to be made through your pain. I love helping women discover the strength to their softness. Your femininity is a superpower. Through embracing this strength, I have seen such beauty flow in my own life. And finally, I love talking about love. I’ve always been such a believer in working on myself. I’m an avid podcast listener, book reader and journaler. But I wanted to help people find the same passion’s for life. I enrolled and completed Tony Robbins + Cloe Madanes Coaching for life coaching, relationship coaching and women’s coaching to help me learn the “how to’s” of helping women do the work I’m so passionate about.

Making any change in your life starts with the way you view your life and the understanding you have about what you’ve been through. Sometime’s that takes a little bit more understanding.
